Pastors: Expectations from believers.

P -preaching in power
A -appreciation in person
S -sustaing in hard times
T -teaching in decision making
O -obligation in care and concern
R -reaching out in every aspects

Pastors in reality ( how belivers behave with pastor)

P -passing judgement on every single issues. (எங்க பாஸ்டர் சரியில்லை)
A -angry over their (belivers) chilly family issues. ( இதுக்கு பாஸ்டர் தான் காரணம்)
S -stabbing his back. ( Pastor முதுகில் குத்துதல்)
T -Teaching Pastor ( பாஸ்டருக்கே போதனை செய்தல்)
O -obeying if they want ( காரியம் நடக்க பாஸ்டருக்கு கீழ்படிகிறது போல என்னா ஒரு நடிப்பு)
R -resisting if any good things get initiated by pastor. ( Pastor எதாவது தேவதிட்டதில் நிறைவேற்ற நினைத்தால் முதல் ஆளாக எதிர்த்து நிற்க)

இதையெல்லாம் தாண்டி அவர்கள் எதிர்பார்ப்புகளை நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும் இல்லையெனில் பாஸ்டருக்கு ஒரே வார்த்தையில் சோலியை முடித்து விடுவார்கள் – கிருபை இல்லாத பாஸ்டர்.

Exceeding all these pastor has to perform well with above mentioned expectations if not they will conclude our pastor is grace less pastor.

உலகிலேயே அதிக மனதிடம், தைரியம், எதையும் தாங்கும் இதயம் கொண்ட ஒரே இனம் பாஸ்டர் குடும்பம்.

It is the pastors who have strong heart, strong mind and strong will as they meet such congregation in their lives.
