லூக்கா 1:57 “எலிசபெத்துக்குப் பிரசவகாலம் நிறைவேறினபோது அவள் ஒரு புத்திரனைப் பெற்றாள்.”

1) எலிசபெத் வயதானவர், அவர்கள் அனேக நாள் ஜெபம் செய்து ஏங்கிய காலம் போய், இப்போது நல்ல ஒரு குழந்தையை பெற்றெடுக்கக்கூடிய ஒரு காரியம்.

2) எவ்வளவு விஞ்ஞானம் வளர்ந்திருந்தாலும், மருத்துவம் முன்னேறி இருந்தாலும், இன்றைக்கும் குழந்தை பெற்றெடுக்கும் போது தாய்மார்கள் சிலர் இறந்து விடுகிறார்கள்.

3) இரண்டாயிரம் வருடங்களுக்கு முன் எந்த மருத்துவ வசதியும் இல்லாத போது ஒரு வயதான ஸ்திரி ஒரு பிள்ளையை பெறுவது என்பது ஒரு கடினமான காரியம்.

4) இது இயற்கைக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட காரியம். இதற்கு பின்னால் தேவனுடைய கரமும் தேவனுடைய உதவியும் இருக்கிறது என்பதை நாம் காண தவற கூடாது.

5) இஸ்ரவேல் தேச மக்கள் வனாந்திர பாதை வழியாக அவர்கள் பாலும் தேனும் ஓடக் கூடிய கானான் தேசத்திற்கு வரும் போது கர்த்தர் அவர்களிடத்தில், நீ கட்டாத வீட்டில் குடியிருப்பாய், நீ நடாத தோட்டத்தில் கனி புசிப்பாய் என்று கூறிவிட்டு, இவை அனைத்தும் உனக்காக இயற்கையாய் நிகழ்ந்தது என்று நினைத்து பெருமை பாராட்டாதே. இது தேவனுடைய கரத்தினால், இயற்கைக்கு அப்பாற்பட்டதாய், அதிசயமாக / அற்புதமாக நடந்ததாக நாம் புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

நம் அன்றாட வாழ்வில் இந்த வசனத்தை எவ்வாறு பயன்படுத்துவது :

1) பிள்ளையை பெற்றெடுப்பது என்பது பெண்களுக்கு மறுபிறப்பு என்பது பிள்ளைகளை பெற்ற சகோதரிகளுக்கு தெரியும்.

2) காலையில் வெளியே செல்பவர்களில், எத்தனை பேர் வீடு திரும்புவார்கள் என்பதை நம்மால் உறுதியாக கூற இயலாது. எத்தனையோ பேர் மரித்து போகிறார்கள். ஆனால் தேவனுடைய கரம் நம்மை பாதுகாத்துக் கொண்டு இருக்கிறது என்பதை நீங்கள் புரிந்து கொள்கிறீர்களா?.

3) எல்லாம் இயற்கையாய் நடக்க கூடிய காரியங்களுக்கு பின்பாக இயற்கைக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட தேவனுடைய கரம் இருக்கிறது என்பதை நாம் புரிந்து கொள்வோமா?!!.

வல்ல பிதாவே!, எங்கள் வாழ்க்கையில் நிறைய காரியங்கள் இயற்கையாக நடப்பது போல இருந்தாலும், அதற்கு பின்பாக இயற்கைக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட, உம்முடைய தேவ கரம் இருக்கிறது என்பதை நாங்கள் புரிந்து கொண்டு, உம்முடைய கிருபையை பாராட்டுகிறவர்களாய், நாங்கள் வாழ, எங்கள் தேவன் கிருபையும் இரக்கமும் பாராட்ட வேண்டுமாய், இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இனிய நாமத்தினால் ஆசீர்வதித்து ஜெபிக்கிறோம், ஜீவனுள்ள வல்ல பிதாவே, ஆமென்! கர்த்தர் உங்களை ஆசீர்வதிப்பாராக.

Luke 1:57 “Now Elizabeth’s full time came for her to be delivered, and she brought forth a son. “

1) If we look carefully, Elizabeth prayed for this child for many years and now she gave birth to a son in her old age.

2) In olden days and in current times, we know that women undergo several difficulties during child delivery and some of them may die during the delivery.

3) Two thousand years back, there were no medical facilities like these days; imagine how difficult it must be for Elizabeth to give birth to a son in her old age.

4) Most of the time we consider this child birth as a simple or naturally occurring event. But we have to understand that God’s hand and God’s help is there behind this event.

5) When Israelite’s about to reach the canon; God told Israelite’s that when you start live in the house that you did not built and enjoy the fruits that you did not plant in the promised land. Do not think that these are things that occur naturally, and don’t boast yourself that you obtained these by your strength. But understand that these things are occurring supernaturally, miraculously and wonderfully through the hand of God.

How to apply this verse in our daily life :

1) If we ask Sisters who gave birth to a child, they will tell us it is a near life death experience. So we know that we need God’s hand in the child’s birth.

2) In our day to day life, let us understand that God’s hand is protecting us in all circumstances.

3) We have to realize that God’s hand is working supernaturally behind all the things that appear to happen naturally in our life.

Prayer

Almighty God, give us the grace to understand Your hand is working supernaturally in all the things that happen in our life and give us the grace to praise You for that. Amen.
